including the waiver of pre-emption rights (by the local authorities, existing leaseholders or the agricultural authority SAFER);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the <strong>structuring, monitoring and finalisation of the housing project<\/strong>, including in particular the drafting of the notarial deposit deed and a full review of the housing estate\u2019s documents, the preparation of a sales matrix and the drafting of the statutes for the owners\u2019 association (ASL);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the<strong>processing and signing of sales deeds<\/strong> regarding building plots intended for individual or collective housing;<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
