9 March 1794: Creation of the Notary\u2019s Office<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It was at this time that Ma\u00eetre Jacques SCHAEFFER was appointed to the office. From this date until 13 December 1942, fifteen notaries succeeded one another at La Wantzenau\u2019s notary\u2019s office in the French Department Bas-Rhin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 1942 to 1952<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The office had been declared vacant by the Minister of Justice. Then, on 15 January 1952, after having applied, Ma\u00eetre Pierre KRANTZ<\/strong> was appointed to the office as a notary in La Wantzenau.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

28 June 1982<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After completing his 8-year internship at the firm and passing the entrance exam to practice as a notary in Alsace-Moselle, Christian GRIENEISEN<\/strong> becomes Ma\u00eetre Pierre KRANTZ\u2019s notary partner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

4 June 1985<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The firm becomes a professional partnership under French law: The Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile Professionnelle “Pierre KRANTZ, Christian GRIENEISEN et Jean-Pierre KRANTZ” is established after Ma\u00eetre Jean-Pierre KRANTZ<\/strong> has also fulfilled the requirements for becoming a notary in Alsace-Moselle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

As Ma\u00eetre Pierre KRANTZ retires, the professional partnership SCP \u201cPierre KRANTZ, Christian GRIENEISEN et Jean-Pierre KRANTZ\u201d is dissolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

31 May 1994<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A new professional partnership (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile Professionnelle) is created as Ma\u00eetre Edmond GRESSER<\/strong>, formerly a notary in Lauterbourg, joins the notary\u2019s office in La Wantzenau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 December 2000<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ma\u00eetre St\u00e9phane GLOCK<\/strong> joins the professional partnership after completing his 8-year internship at the firm. The latter is now named SCP \u201cChristian GRIENEISEN, Jean-Pierre KRANTZ, Edmond GRESSER et St\u00e9phane GLOCK\u201d, holder of the notary\u2019s office in La Wantzenau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

28 August 2012<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Following the departure of Ma\u00eetre Jean-Pierre KRANTZ, the SCP consists of Christian GRIENEISEN, Edmond GRESSER and St\u00e9phane GLOCK.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ma\u00eetre Florence KRANTZ-OFFNER<\/strong> has been appointed as a notary in the professional partnership “Christian GRIENEISEN, Edmond GRESSER and St\u00e9phane GLOCK” and becomes a notary partner on 12 April 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14 February 2014<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After over 60 years in a traditional Alsatian half-timbered house, the office moves to its new premises at 19 route de Strasbourg in F- 67610 La Wantzenau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
