Rural law – Housing developments
The Housing estates and Rural Law Department comprises an experienced team that will assist you with the management of your cases, whether they relate to housing estates or rural law.
Housing estates:
- Handle all acquisitions on behalf of the developer, including the waiver of pre-emption rights (by the local authorities, existing leaseholders or the agricultural authority SAFER);
- Oversee the structuring, monitoring and finalisation of the housing project, including in particular the drafting of the notarial deposit deed and a full review of the housing estate’s documents, the preparation of a sales matrix and the drafting of the statutes for the owners’ association (ASL);
- Oversee theprocessing and signing of sales deeds regarding building plots intended for individual or collective housing;

Rural Law matters:
- Monitoring and processing of sales files;
- Drafting of rural leases (particularly long-term rural leases);
- while applying our expertise acquired in this field.

With regard to all our files, our team is
- Establishing and authenticating deeds, carrying out associated procedures and registering the signed deeds in the Livre Foncier land register (Alsace-Moselle) or publishing them with the Service de la Publicité Foncière property registry (in the rest of France);
- as well as providing comprehensive advice for our clients and completing the necessary formalities.
